Business Systems Analyst

Inceed is a staffing direct placement firm looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join a great company. The role involves identifying, documenting, and communicating detailed project requirements to ensure IT project success.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and document current state for business processes and applications
• Interview stakeholders and end users to identify needs
• Document business requirements for IT projects
• Create process and data flows
• Act as liaison between development team and stakeholders
• Assist Project Managers in development of project plans
• Participate in testing/QA/UAT efforts
• Communicate with company partners and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum three years leading projects
• Experience in project management tools & methodology
• High proficiency in Excel
• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Retail support experience
• Experience in BA role supporting e-commerce applications
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with POSTMAN and curl commands
• Understanding of basic REST APIs
