Full Stack Engineer - PBM/Prior Authorization

TSV Consulting LLC is partnering with a high growth, Health Tech startup delivering AI-powered Prior Authorization solutions to hire a Full Stack Engineer. In this role, you’ll diagnose complex issues across the stack, optimize database performance, manage caching strategies, and contribute to building a scalable, high-performing application.

Responsibilities:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management
• Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer
• Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset

Requirements:
