Hyra is working on behalf of Boeing to hire for the position of Associate Systems Engineer. This role supports the development and sustainment of advanced defense and weapon systems, including tactical fighters and autonomous platforms, ensuring technical excellence in systems architecture and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update system requirements, interfaces, and verification criteria
- Perform technical analyses for safety, reliability, and human factors engineering
- Support program design reviews and formal technical assessments
- Manage requirements tracking and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement modern Model-Based Systems Engineering methods and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or related technical discipline
- Two or more years of professional engineering experience
- Ability to perform systems integration, verification, and validation tasks
- Capacity to obtain and maintain required government security clearances
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information under applicable regulations
