Figma is a company dedicated to making design accessible to all and is looking for a Product Manager for Figma Sites, their new product currently in public beta. The role involves evolving the strategy for Figma Sites, collaborating with various teams, and driving the vision and execution of a seamless design to production workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Evolve the strategy for Figma Sites, driving adoption and impact as we scale from beta to general availability
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research to deliver seamless publishing, responsive design, and creative tooling experiences
- Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams — including Figma Design and Figma Make — to enable a flawless “design to production” workflow
- Gather user insights from our growing community and translate them into clear priorities and product decisions
- Shape how AI and prompting enhance creativity, customization, and accessibility in Sites
- Represent Figma Sites across the company, helping drive vision, prioritization, and execution for one of Figma’s most strategic bets
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex, user-facing products
- Deep understanding of web creation — you've worked on tools that help people design, build, or publish to the web
- Strong product sense and technical fluency; you're comfortable navigating discussions across design systems, code architecture, and AI workflows
- Proven ability to set ambitious strategies, influence other teams, and execute against company-level goals
- A knack for execution — you're organized, pragmatic, and can keep cross-functional teams focused on impact
- A builder's mindset and empathy for creators of all levels, from professional designers to first-time site builders
- Experience working on site builders, creative tools, or no-code/low-code products
- Familiarity with canvas-based editors or dynamic layout systems
- Exposure to AI-assisted creation tools, prompting workflows, or generative design systems
