They are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive new product implementations across complex technical programs, requiring strong collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to support the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
- Translate product strategy into executable program plans, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams
- Lead product requirements in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Drive end-to-end product launch readiness
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across systems and teams; proactively drive mitigation plans
- Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations, status updates, and decision materials
- Learn and adapt to new hardware and architecture language
- Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams to effectively strategize, drive and deliver on product plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years as a Program Manager with exposure to Product Management or Product Ownership
- Prior experience in the cable, telecom, or broadband industry as a Program, Product or Project Manager is necessary
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in large enterprise environments
- Strong experience with product requirements definition, product launches involving multiple operational and technical teams and program management full life cycle planning and execution
- Exceptional PowerPoint (PPT) and executive communication skills are required with the ability to present clearly and succinctly to senior leadership
- Experience in Agile environments is required and exposure to Jira
- Must be able and willing to learn and adapt to new engineering hardware or architecture utilization
- Ability to proactively drive and manage programs at both strategic and tactical levels
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing without direct authority
