Pomelo Care is the national leader in evidence-based healthcare for women and children. They are seeking a driven and creative Senior Manager, Product Marketing to shape their go-to-market strategy, translating product features into compelling value propositions for their health plan market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and refine product messaging that clearly articulates our value proposition and differentiates us from the competition
- Create and maintain essential sales tools and collateral, including pitch decks, product datasheets, battle cards, case studies, RFPs, and demo scripts to empower our sales team to win
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, sharing key insights with the Product and Marketing teams
- Partner with the demand generation and event teams to create compelling marketing assets—such as blog posts, webinars, and customer stories—that drive awareness and lead generation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a significant portion of that time in product marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing within the tech, digital health, SaaS, or tech industry
- Proven experience in partner marketing is required. You have a demonstrated track record of building and executing marketing programs with and through technology or channel partners
- Exceptional ability to develop and communicate compelling narratives for diverse audiences (from technical partner sellers to business-focused executives)
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders from inception to completion
- Healthcare experience, marketing to health plans (Medicaid, Fully Insured, ASO)
- RFP management and content creation
- Strong experience in creating sales and partner enablement content and delivering training
- A self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing and sales tools such as [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana]
