Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex business processes and define integrated requirements while collaborating with teams and clients to ensure effective solutions and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results
• Freight industry experience is a plus
• Communicate with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project statuses
• Drive the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements; upon implementation, drive knowledge transfer to client stake holders
• Create/revise/execute the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to: Process maps, Data flow diagrams, Requirements specifications, Use case scenarios, Acceptance testing
• Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project
