Cycle Pharmaceuticals is a company focused on enhancing patient experiences through innovative healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and maintain Salesforce solutions that support patient enrollment and care coordination, while also mentoring other developers in best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions supporting patient enrollment, care coordination and ongoing support programs
- Build robust automation processes using Apex, Batch Processing Triggers, Flow builder, and even Mulesoft to streamline patient journey touchpoints
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (specialty pharmacies and any other internal patient communication tools) via Mulesoft or similar APIs
- Optimize data models and system architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GxP)
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions that balance speed with long-term technical sustainability
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement that enhance patient and operational outcomes
- Leverage Data Loading tools (Salesforce DataLoader, Salesforce Inspector) to bring datasets from one system to SFDC
- Partner with Cycle Vita (our patient hub), ComOps, Compliance and other any other teams to identify new opportunities for support
- Contribute and build roadmaps that align Patient Hub capabilities with evolving patient needs and business objectives
- Mentor other developers on Salesforce best practices and development standards, including coding standards, release management processes and documentation frameworks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within the healthcare, biotech or life science industries
- Confident working with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience, within a senior or lead developer capacity
- Deep experience building and optimizing automation (Flow, Apex, Triggers, Batch Processes)
- Experience with Salesforce integration with other systems (Mulesoft)
- Able to confidently create technical roadmaps, architecture documentation and strategic plans
- Track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinker who can balance technical needs with long-term vision all with a patient-centric mindset for the impact of your work on patient's lives
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP)
- Experience with Tableau
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for Salesforce
- Experience with data migration, complex data modeling, and large-scale system integrations
