Founding GTM Engineer - GTM Systems & Clay Architecture

Eagle Search is a newly launched enterprise AI firm seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to establish its revenue systems capability. The role involves architecting and building workflows and infrastructure for GTM systems, integrating various sales-tech platforms, and partnering with the CEO in client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build Clay-based workflows and GTM infrastructure
• Integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Smartlead, enrichment layers, and AI orchestration
• Deploy production-ready revenue systems into enterprise environments
• Partner with the CEO in early client engagements
• Operate as a hands-on, billable technical leader while the firm scales

Requirements:

• Deep, hands-on experience with Clay
• Strong familiarity with modern sales-tech platforms (CRM, outbound, enrichment, automation)
• Experience integrating full revenue stacks end-to-end
• Understanding of AI in GTM environments (LLMs, orchestration logic)
• Comfortable in early-stage environments and client-facing settings
• Builder mindset with strong technical depth
