About this role
KANINI is seeking an AI Full Stack Software Engineer to help transform how software gets built through AI-powered development workflows and automation. The role involves implementing AI-powered SDLC workflows, building automation scripts, and collaborating with developers to improve workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support AI-powered SDLC workflows across engineering teams
- Build automation scripts and internal developer tools
- Help build and maintain AI agents and MCP servers, learning the architecture and best practices
- Evaluate tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other AI assistants
- Contribute clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with developers to improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java
- Strong Git fundamentals (branching, PRs, merges)
- Understanding of REST APIs and modern development practices
- Interest in AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with scripting/automation
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Personal projects or GitHub contributions
