Rubrik is a company focused on data protection and cyber resilience. They are seeking a Salesforce Developer to provide support and maintain integrations within their Salesforce environment, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end users
- The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud
- The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours
- Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Ability to do Unit Testing for bug fixes
- Monitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applications
- Working experience with third-parties to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin
- Experience in Sales and Service cloud
- Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira
- Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc
- Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
- Good communication skill to work with global team
- Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Experience in backend JavaScript is plus
- SOX or ITGC's experience preferred
- Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
