About this role
Echo360 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate high-impact features across the frontend and backend of their Echosystem. The role involves building and maintaining frontend features, designing Node.js services, and collaborating with teams to ensure service reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Design and implement Node.js services and APIs with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience working with database technologies include Postgres, Redis, and MySQL
- Collaborate with teams to ensure service reliability, observability, and performance in AWS and APM
- Proven ability to collaborate with infrastructure teams in building and maintaining application infrastructure via Terraform and AWS
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to code reviews, and mentor peers
Requirements:
- Build and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Design and implement Node.js services and APIs with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience working with database technologies include Postgres, Redis, and MySQL
- Collaborate with teams to ensure service reliability, observability, and performance in AWS and APM
- Proven ability to collaborate with infrastructure teams in building and maintaining application infrastructure via Terraform and AWS
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, contribute to code reviews, and mentor peers
- 6+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent)
- Expert level proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience with Postgres, MySQL, and Redis
- Experience running production loads within AWS infrastructure while collaborating with SRE engineering
- Solid understanding of full stack architecture, performance, and monitoring
- Quality first mindset through well tested code
- Proven history of well documented code and support material to ensure knowledge sharing
- CI/CD expertise
- Proven experience with current agentic AI code development workflows (Codex experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Python, Scala, Backbone
