IntePros is a global biopharmaceutical services company seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager with Security experience to support complex integration initiatives. The role involves managing large-scale projects, coordinating across teams, and ensuring alignment with information security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate integration initiatives across multiple domains, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and organizational priorities
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, and dependencies using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, driving clear communication and collaboration
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies to ensure successful execution
- Facilitate status meetings, executive updates, and project reporting to maintain transparency and momentum
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, governance, and organizational standards
- Partner closely with information security and IT teams to ensure integration activities align with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Identify potential security risks introduced through integration efforts and support mitigation planning
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of security controls and processes during integrations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, milestones, risks, and overall project health
- Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights into progress, performance, and potential impacts
- Contribute to the evolution of integration frameworks, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Support post-integration activities, ensuring smooth transitions across systems, processes, and teams
- Document integration approaches, lessons learned, and best practices to inform future initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years supporting IT or information security-related initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project
- Working knowledge of information security concepts, policies, and best practices
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable operating with limited direction while maintaining accountability
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise integration initiatives strongly preferred
- PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications are a plus
