The DevOps Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer will manage CI/CD infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment issues, and foster a culture of automation and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipeline infrastructure ensuring availability, performance, and automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues effectively
- Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines following agile methodologies
- Work with infrastructure teams to design and implement secure automated deployment pipelines across testing environments
- Maintain and monitor OpenShift and container orchestration platforms to ensure high availability, security, and reliability
- Partner with cloud engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize OpenShift container performance and management
- Automate DevOps processes and implement checks to improve efficiency and consistency
- Promote a DevOps culture emphasizing automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Requirements:
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
- Strong scripting skills in UNIX/Linux environments
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps lifecycle and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux-based application deployments
- Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and automated pipelines
- Understanding of networking and security in containerized environments
- Proven experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of networking, security, and resource management in containerized and cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
