Tech Mahindra Business Process Services is seeking an Amazon Connect Senior Engineer. This role involves engineering complex Contact Center applications and requires a solid understanding of application development and AWS Cloud contact center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development for CCaaS implementations on client projects
- Ownership and responsibility for end-to-end solution development including:
- Routing strategy
- IVR design
- API approach and external data integrations
- Design and maintain reusable code libraries
- Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans
- Ability to communicate how the CCaaS platform works and how it can be applied to solving business needs
- Hands-on experience in the development for contact center solutions
- Experience helping build client use cases, requirements, designs and test plans
- Experience should include people and team management, enterprise architecture and technical leadership
Requirements:
- Current AWS developer certification
- 3 or more years' experience with Amazon Connect and UC environments
- 7 years of overall software development and/or CCaaS development experience
- Experience with software development, to include design, custom and common coding (using JavaScript, Python, Node.js preferred), and testing of real time systems
- Implementation of AWS Cloud contact center solutions
- Work with customer IT Architecture team to design the end-to-end solution and provide technology guidance
- Discuss migration efforts in cloud contact center and aid as the Subject Matter Expert in the migration and deployment of the solutions
- Provide solution optimization and process improvement with unique template IVR and interaction routing
- Network infrastructure experience
- Experience creating and presenting technical design stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- AWS preferred
