Horizontal Talent is seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable data pipelines to support advanced analytics initiatives
- Optimize and govern enterprise data solutions on Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Lead the migration of existing ETL processes and data cubes to cloud-based solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data engineering, particularly with Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data pipeline design
- Expertise in SQL and ETL processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with workforce planning and related data solutions
- Familiarity with advanced analytics frameworks and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
