Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

Cimplifi is a leading integrated legal services provider, leveraging technology and expertise to simplify the experience of eDiscovery and contract analytics for corporate legal departments and law firms. The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager will manage eDiscovery matters and lead a team of Project Managers to ensure exceptional client experiences and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and mentors all other project managers in a pod
• Handles the successful delivery of the Cimplifi project management offering to all pod clients
• Successfully manages complex matters on time and on budget while ensuring other matters managed by the pod are on track
• Consults with other teams throughout the company to ensure client requests and deadlines are managed with custom or best practice solutions
• Has savvy understanding of all tools and products Cimplifi offers – including analytics and review workflows
• Expert in eDiscovery with 5+ years in industry and direct experience in eDiscovery review tools
• Committed to excellence in client delivery
• Is enthusiastic about driving process improvement, collaboration, and innovations as part of a cross-functional team
• Occasional travel
• Likely to average 50+ hour weeks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Expert in eDiscovery tools and workflows
• Strong client-service orientations
• Ability to master company's various computer systems
• 5+ years' experience as an eDiscovery PM at a service provider or eDiscovery PM/staff attorney at a law firm
• Juris Doctorate (JD) or LLM preferred
