Automation Project Manager

United Pharma Technologies Inc is a company focused on automation and infrastructure initiatives. They are seeking an Automation Project Manager to lead projects within a large, distributed system environment, requiring strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning through execution and closure
• Develop structured workflows and maintain visibility across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, IT, Validation, Quality, Operations, Vendors)
• Convert automation architecture requirements into executable project plans
• Maintain JIRA-based tracking dashboards and reporting
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Support validated change implementation and sequencing

Requirements:

• 8+ years of automation/controls project management experience
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project delivery
• Working knowledge of FactoryTalk systems
• Experience in GMP or validated environments
• Strong JIRA expertise
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
• Excellent communication and independent execution skills
