Clinician Nexus enables health care organizations to build thriving clinician teams with industry-leading technology products. The Product Manager will drive product growth throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with various teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product growth, product profitability and product vision to ensure products meet the needs of the marketplace and support the strategic vision of the firm
- Research and develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and industry trends with a focus on client and Consultant needs, competitor offerings, market dynamics and new technologies
- Leverage internal tools and framework, orchestrating product development, capabilities, features and enhancements from ideation to on-time release
- Drive go-to-market activities for your product, including pricing, packaging, and branding, and a tight partnership with Marketing to drive awareness and recognition
- Lead product launch activity, coordinating product messaging, supporting sales training and marketing material creation
- Own the creation of short and midterm product roadmap, as well as communicating and updating the roadmaps and positioning to align with the firm’s vision and strategy
- Leverage the Product Lifecycle framework by ideating, conducting market research and synthesizing feedback from current and potential users to inform the product strategy and roadmap
- Develop partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across the Product Development teams, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, and Business Development
- Conduct regular voice-of-customer sessions to generate new product ideas and detailed product requirements for new product line offerings in partnership with UX when applicable
- Recommend and execute improvements to product launch process, driving continuous improvement measured by new product development KPIs, achieving product performance success measures in revenue, market adoption, and total cost of ownership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis, including
- 3 years as a product manager with experience creating and presenting product roadmaps
- 3 years working in agile product development methodology (e.g., user stories, scrum teams, sprints)
- 2 years of health care experience
- Project management experience, including creating project plans and resource estimates, identifying dependencies, and documenting and communicating decisions and risks
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Strong critical thinking skills in the ability to apply analytical and proactive thinking in a logical, coherent, and consistent approach to ensure robust and appropriate client solutions
- Knowledge of and ability to use multiple IT resources (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) at an advanced level
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with project deliverables and apply an appropriate sense of urgency to achieve goals in a very driven and changing organization
- Demonstrates a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs
