Full Stack Engineer

TSV Consulting LLC is partnering with a scaling Health tech startup using AI to speed prior authorizations and improve patient access. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to diagnose complex issues, optimize database performance, and contribute to building a scalable application.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex issues across the stack
• Optimize database performance
• Manage caching strategies
• Contribute to building a scalable, high‑performing application

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management
• Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer
• Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
