Hyra is working on behalf of iClassPro Inc to hire for the position of Senior Software Engineer/Developer - Laravel. This role focuses on designing and building scalable solutions within a PHP/Laravel and React stack, while also establishing technical patterns and transforming business requirements into robust system architecture.

Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable solutions using PHP 8+, Laravel, and React
Evaluate technical trade-offs between architecture and business timelines
Establish development patterns and mentor junior to mid-level developers
Systematically reduce technical debt while delivering new capabilities
Document architectural decisions and rationale to ensure long-term stability

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
Expert-level proficiency with PHP and the Laravel framework
Strong proficiency in React or Angular frontend development
Demonstrated ability to drive technical direction and work independently
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
