Business Analyst Innovation Intern

Crest Vale is an HR consultancy firm that helps candidates match with potential roles using an Artificial Intelligence System. They are seeking a Business Analyst Innovation Intern to conduct product research, develop business cases for new products, and identify gaps between customer experiences and desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product research
• Develop business cases for new products / services
• Identify gaps between a customer’s experience and desired outcomes
• Articulate customer benefits
• Develop product recommendations
• Diagnose roadblocks to initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Major in marketing, business management, accounting or related fields
• Anticipated Graduation of May 2027
