TeamHealth is a leading provider in healthcare services, and they are seeking Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries while providing compassionate and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone
- Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution
- Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts
- Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
- Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
- Set up and manage payment plans
- Accurately document all interactions in the system
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus
