Product Owner - Private Capital Markets Platform (Equity Compensation)

Alpha Hub is a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital focused on transforming private capital markets. The Product Owner will manage the Research & Analysis and UI/UX teams to ensure the development of Alpha Hub's prototype aligns with market requirements and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain Alpha Hub’s product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities in alignment with market and investor needs
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery cycles in collaboration with UX/development teams
• Coordinate and integrate Research & Analysis outputs with UI/UX deliverables
• Serve as a single point of contact between exec leadership (e.g., Walter, Aisha, Tom), product, design, research, content, and engineering teams, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Direct comprehensive market research into private capital and fintech trends, using AI tools (Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT) to validate feature hypotheses and competitive positioning
• Translate complex investment domain insights into structured feature specifications
• Define success metrics (KPIs, usage data, investor feedback) and embed analytics into product workflow
• Use these metrics to drive prioritization and roadmap adjustments
• Present research outcomes, design drafts, and demo features to stakeholders in scheduled meetings
• Maintain an open feedback loop—for example, during daily standups and weekly syncs with research and design teams
• Champion agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ensure process rigor across research and design workflows
• Validate that both research outputs and UI/UX deliverables meet quality, compliance, and usability standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years as Product Owner or PM managing cross‑functional teams in fintech or financial services
• Experience specifically in private capital, VC, PE, or M&A platforms
• Deep understanding of private capital markets, VC/PE workflows, and investment strategies
• Exposure to regulatory, compliance (e.g., post‑trade), due diligence, or investor reporting
• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Advanced degree (MBA, CFA), CSPO or PSPO certification
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted research tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel), API workflows
• SQL, REST API familiarity, knowledge of fintech infra (e.g., DTCC, iCapital)
• Strong agile background—in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery cycles
• Familiarity with SAFe, continuous integration/delivery workflows
• Excellent communication, leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Experience presenting to execs, coaching Product Owners/designers within agile teams
