Lithko Contracting is seeking a Concrete Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of major industrial and mission critical national projects. This role involves overseeing operations from preconstruction through planning and execution, ensuring projects meet costs, schedules, qualities, and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Align Preconstruction and Execution: Support Precon and Estimating teams by validating means, methods, sequencing, and crew logistics. Ensure that planned strategies are field-ready and achievable with available resources
- Know the Project: Become deeply knowledgeable of contract requirements and project scope to deliver expected outcomes while mitigating risks
- Execute with Excellence: Collaborate with key project leadership to plan and execute contractual requirements, focusing on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental considerations, while maintaining elevated reporting standards for major projects
- Coordinate Resources: Define project needs and allocate field resources in alignment with schedule demands and budget limitations
- Lead Teams: Drive operational excellence through effective leadership, process implementation, and accountability for peak productivity throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with General Contractors, clients/customers, Engineers/Architects of Record, subcontractors, and vendors
- Project Leadership: Collaborate regularly with key project leaders such as the Project Executive, Engineering Manager, and Logistics Lead to ensure project success
Requirements:
- 7+ years of construction operations and estimating experience
- Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $10MM
- Expertise in industrial/manufacturing projects
- Experience leading teams of 3+ people
- Ability to travel 40-80% of the year
- Data Center and Advanced Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Concrete experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred
