ProEdge Services is seeking a Servicenow Engineer to design and develop full-stack applications with a focus on security and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and contribute to system design and architectural decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack applications with a strong focus on security, scalability, validation, and adherence to the SDLC framework
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business operations, and engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver business objectives
- Contribute to system design consulting, platform management, and architectural decision-making
- Effectively manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment in task prioritization
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on team processes, best practices, and runbooks
- Demonstrate a strong passion for technology, software engineering, and continuous learning
- Apply exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative and commercially viable solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow
- Certified CSM (Customer Service Management) Implementation Specialist
- Strong solution design and architecture expertise leveraging ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Experience integrating with third-party systems using Mid Server, OAuth, REST APIs, and similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Configurable/Agent Workspaces
- Previous exposure to high-availability, mission-critical systems environments
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in developing and designing distributed systems
- Background in financial services, particularly corporate cash management, is highly desirable
- Practical experience with AWS services such as Amazon MSK/Apache Kafka, ECS, S3, IAM, and AWS X-Ray
