Vertiscript Global is seeking an AX/Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing ERP application support, and identifying process optimizations to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications’ configurations and customizations
- Provide day-to-day ERP application support as part of a team and be responsible for supporting a variety of third party and in-house interfaces/integrations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes
- Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications
- Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations
Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in computer science, or equivalent qualification and applicable job experience
