Requirements:
- 8 12+ years in real-time data engineering, streaming architectures, and enterprise contact-center modernization
- Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing large-scale real-time streaming pipelines for enterprise environments
- Strong data engineering expertise with hands-on knowledge of modern Contact Center (CC) platforms, including Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, and Five9
- Adept at enabling real-time analytics, agent-assist intelligence, customer-journey insights, and operational dashboards using Flink, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies
- Delivering high-availability, low-latency streaming solutions that power mission-critical CC operations such as call routing, sentiment analysis, SLA monitoring, and real-time workforce optimization
- Real-time stream processing using Apache Flink (DataStream API, SQL, CEP)
- Stateful stream processing, windowing, event-time processing, watermarking
- Flink on Kubernetes, Flink on AWS EMR, Google Cloud Platform Dataflow, Azure HDInsight
- Flink job optimization, checkpointing, savepoints, fault tolerance
- Flink CDC (Change Data Capture) for real-time data sync
- Apache Kafka (topics, partitions, schema registry, KSQL)
