Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system dedicated to reimagining healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to develop and manage healthcare population extracts, aggregate and transform data, and define reporting specifications to support business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages healthcare population extracts across clinical and revenue cycle datasets
• Aggregates and transforms clinical, revenue cycle, customer experience data to support business requirements
• Defines and operationalizes reporting specifications, including scope, logic, and data structure
• Uses healthcare / customer experience knowledge, background, or expertise to guide analytic needs
• Partners with technical teams to assess data availability, integrity, and fitness for release

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Moderate to Advanced SQL Proficiency
• Healthcare or Consumer Experience analytics experience
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud computing environment
