Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to creating smiles through exceptional experiences. The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving net-new commercial growth by proactively prospecting and developing relationships within the commercial parking landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and qualify net-new commercial parking opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Establish, develop, and sustain trust-based relationships within the commercial parking and mobility industry
- Manage an active pipeline within Salesforce, advancing opportunities through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Partner with Proposal Development, Finance, and Operations teams to support pricing, proformas, ROI analyses, and proposal development
- Represent Towne Park at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility
Requirements:
- Must reside in Florida
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
- 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role
- Experience selling services or solutions into commercial real estate, hospitality, or distributed services environment
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach capability
- Comfortable working within structured sales processes
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills; able to influence senior decision-makers
- Able to manage multiple priorities while driving focused, data-driven sales strategies
- Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a performance-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments, and fanatical prospector
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
