Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company focused on achieving accelerated growth for clients in the non-profit sector. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients while collaborating with various teams to meet business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new CRM, Data Warehouse, and Email Acquisition clients, ensuring a smooth and timely transition into our data platforms, tailored to the unique needs of the non-profit sector
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Partner closely with engineers, data teams, product and account managers
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities and implementation expectations
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories during client onboarding process
- Understand technical constraints, dependencies, and architecture well enough to drive informed decisions
- Facilitate technical discussions and unblock teams as needed
- Provide consistent and transparent status updates to external and internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and resolution
- Ensure client expectations are managed throughout the onboarding process
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities and implementation expectations
- Run technical standups and client status calls
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and handoff to support / account management teams
- Track progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
- Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
- Continuously assess and improve internal processes for onboarding, ensuring scalability and efficiency in managing multiple projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience in project management and implementation roles
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with waterfall and agile scrum processes
- In-depth knowledge of data ingestion
- Hands-on experience with data integration practices such as data mapping, schema alignment, transformations, and data quality checks
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers and data integration specialists
- Demonstrated success in driving complex, high-impact projects from inception to completion, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and status reporting skills
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to foster positive client relationships, ensuring trust and collaboration
- Ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders across various solution teams
- Familiarity with database technologies, ETL processes, and data ingestion techniques
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Scrum Master and/or PMP Certification preferred
- Experience in project managing CRM and Data Warehouse onboarding for clients, ideally in the non-profit sector a plus
