Visual Marketing Intern, Social Media (2-5hrs/week)

Kelly Tutors LLC is looking for motivated marketing interns to help grow a great YouTube channel. The role involves optimizing video content through SEO, digital design, and strategic thinking to improve searchability and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Research thumbnail strategies and suggest improvements
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for search
• Track whether views change and find patterns for success
• Help figure out what's working and what isn't
• Work on one video at a time (maybe one per week) and track success

Requirements:

• Understand YouTube and video content (or you'd like to get some experience figuring out what works)
• Creative and self-directed
• Desire for real, measurable results on your resume
• Love working with visual art and creating trackable projects
• Like to write and work on SEO
