BCD Meetings & Events is a leading meetings and events agency that focuses on creating impactful experiences for clients. They are seeking a Project Manager who will lead event projects from concept to execution, managing logistics, budgets, and client relationships to ensure seamless experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Leading event projects from concept to execution with confidence and creativity
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates. This is a collaborative team environment!
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Managing budgets and financial elements for programs
- Problem-solving on the fly and keeping events running smoothly
Requirements:
- Leading event projects from concept to execution with confidence and creativity
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teammates. This is a collaborative team environment!
- Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Managing budgets and financial elements for programs
- Problem-solving on the fly and keeping events running smoothly
- A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience planning pharmaceutical events for large groups. Extra points for experience with IMs and Speaker Trainings
- Familiarity with software tools like Word, Excel, and HTML
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time (2-3 times per month at peak times - keep your passport in hand!)
