SCCM Engineer

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking an experienced OS Platform Engineer with strong expertise in SCCM/MECM and Intune. The role involves supporting endpoint engineering initiatives, managing SCCM/MECM environments, and playing a key role in merger integration efforts including application packaging and workstation deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SCCM/MECM Current Branch, WSUS, Intune, and Co-Management environments
• Lead OSD engineering and deployments (PXE, bootable media, multicast, standalone, pre-staged)
• Perform enterprise application packaging using AdminStudio, VMware AppVolumes, and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit
• Develop automation, self-service workflows, and deployment efficiencies using PowerShell
• Provide merger integration support, including:
• Application packaging
• OS imaging and deployment
• Workstation deployment support
• Infrastructure support
• Serve as Level II/III escalation for endpoint, SCCM, and Intune-related issues
• Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint security compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Intune/Endpoint Manager solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM, WSUS, OSD, and PowerShell automation
• Experience with AdminStudio, AppVolumes, and enterprise application packaging
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop engineering
• Experience with Intune, Co-Management, Autopilot, CMG, and Endpoint Manager
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation
• Background in OS engineering, imaging, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with security hardening and vulnerability remediation
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
