Somewhere is seeking a high-performance Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify opportunities specifically for NetSuite and ERP consulting services with advanced AI integration capabilities. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development, focusing on engaging mid-market and enterprise B2B decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume, high-quality cold outreach (calls + email)
- Target CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and Operations leaders
- Book qualified meetings for NetSuite consulting engagements
- Identify ERP pain points (legacy systems, manual processes, reporting gaps)
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing
- Position NetSuite + AI solutions in a consultative manner
- Build a consistent, predictable pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Drive measurable conversion rates from outreach → meeting → opportunity
- Work closely with leadership to refine targeting and messaging
- Contribute insights from conversations to improve market positioning
Requirements:
- Direct experience prospecting or selling NetSuite solutions
- Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise B2B decision-makers
- Proven ability to book qualified meetings consistently
- Comfort discussing ERP systems and digital transformation
- Strong objection handling and cold-calling confidence
- 3-5+ years in SDR or BDR roles within B2B SaaS
- Background in ERP, financial software, or technology consulting
- Highly self-driven with strong activity discipline
- Comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
- Strong written communication for executive-level outreach
