As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the development of AI-powered products and drive innovation in conversational interfaces, ensuring a user-centered approach to product design.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the AI Product Vision: Define and execute our roadmap for LLM-powered products and conversational AI experiences that transform how users engage with our platform
- Own the Full Product Lifecycle: From idea to launch, prioritize, define, and deliver impactful features that align with user needs and business outcomes
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to craft intuitive, intelligent experiences powered by cutting-edge AI
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Translate insights from users, clients, and stakeholders into clear product decisions and innovations
- Use Data as Your Compass: Leverage metrics, experimentation, and analytics to drive iteration and continuous model improvement
- Shape Company Strategy: Work directly with senior leadership to guide Assured’s AI initiatives and long-term product vision
Requirements:
- Deep AI Product Experience: You've built and shipped AI-driven products — ideally leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) or conversational AI technologies
- Proven Product Leadership: A track record of launching and scaling impactful products in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Technical Depth: Comfortable engaging with engineering and ML teams — experience with APIs, AI platforms, or NLP systems is a big plus
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, metrics-obsessed, and confident in using experimentation to guide decisions
- Strategic + Hands-On: You balance visionary thinking with strong executional focus
- Empathy for Users: Passionate about crafting elegant, human-centered experiences that solve real-world problems
