- Stakeholder Engagement: You actively engage stakeholders for product improvements and drive new project initiatives, ensuring the team is working toward shared goals
- Accessibility (A11y) First: You maintain a holistic design process that puts Accessibility first. You ensure work respects both technical and business-related constraints without allowing quality to be compromised
- Unbiased Prototyping: You are clear on the story you are telling. You select the right artifact for the right stage of the project, ensuring the fidelity of your work removes bias and sets a tone for a higher caliber of testing
- Reliable Delivery: You set the schedule for task completion and never miss a deadline you have committed to. You assist teammates in ensuring they hit their deadlines as well
- Collaborative Planning: When complex scheduling problems arise (e.g., scope creep), you proactively identify the issues and partner with Team Leads to replan appropriately
- Communication Standards: You set the bar for communication. You are conscious of others' styles and use your influence to allow everyone on the team to contribute
- Intentional Inquiry: You ask 'why' with intention—always seeking to create shared understanding and alignment
- Feedback Ecosystem: You help create an environment and team structure conducive to feedback. You model how to present feedback in a familiar, context-rich way, adapting your critique style to match the experience level of the designer you are mentoring
