Squint is a technology company focused on empowering frontline manufacturing operators. As a Sales Engineer, you will help customers understand and realize the value of Squint's solutions by leading technical discussions and designing tailored solutions to manufacturing challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct in-depth discovery to map business processes and identify pain points
- Design and deliver compelling Proofs of Value anchored to core business outcomes
- Address technical objections and articulate how Squint integrates with existing manufacturing workflows
- Engage with key stakeholders, from plant managers to C-level executives, to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Prioritize our customers’ success above all else
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions
- Ability to design and scope AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations
- Ability to understand customer needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points
- Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses to share with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, inventing solutions on-the-fly
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites
