Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist to develop and deliver training modules that integrate AI into electrical engineering applications. The role involves collaboration with engineering and AI teams, mentoring team members, and creating accessible training materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training modules integrating AI into electrical engineering applications
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to design practical, real world learning scenarios
• Evaluate and improve AI driven engineering solutions through testing and feedback
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling initiatives
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and AI or machine learning technologies
• Experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction
• Proficiency with tools such as Python, MATLAB, and simulation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability
