Electrical Engineer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking Electrical Engineers for a remote contract position. The role involves designing questions related to electrical engineering, evaluating AI responses, and applying engineering principles to AI training tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality questions related to electrical engineering principles and applications
• Evaluate AI responses for technical correctness, analytical depth, and engineering logic
• Apply circuit theory, power systems, electronics, and control frameworks to AI training tasks
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world electrical engineering workflows and professional standards
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development

Requirements:

• Strong years of full-time experience as an electrical engineer
• Strong professional background in electrical engineering or closely related fields
• Excellent written communication and technical reasoning skills
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
