Ampstek is a company seeking a Customer Relations Specialist (CSR) to handle order requests for internal and external submissions. The role involves data entry, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a non-customer-facing position.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently on case orders and, at times, with other groups to request additional order information necessary to complete order submissions
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Enter data from source documents into the computer systems and forms
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements:
- Computer and technical skills - 2 or more years of experience
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving
- GSA background check working with Federal accounts
- Telecom knowledge or background is preferred including managed services, Data, Voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, SD-WAN
