UX/UI Designer

They are seeking a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating transformative digital experiences and will be responsible for prototyping, wireframe development, and usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Early to mid-level prototyping
• Rapid wireframe development
• Usability testing before development
• Design as a learning tool
• Design to validate hypotheses
• Reduce scope to the minimum realistic level
• Strong collaboration with PM and Tech
• Participate in MVP definition
• Translate value propositions into concrete flows

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Solid portfolio with real projects
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (programming is not required, but understanding the technical limitations is essential)
