Project Manager

Procom is a healthcare client seeking a Project Manager - Imaging for a permanent role. This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously leveraging required and available resources as needed
• Direct and manage project development and progress from beginning to end
• Guide teams as they work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success
• Establish project governance with key leaders and stakeholders and facilitate governance activities
• Act as liaison between IT stakeholders to strengthen understanding of business-aligned goals
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
• Plan, estimate, and control project costs, including resource planning, to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, healthcare, or related discipline
• At least six years of project management experience required with significant experience managing cardiology and/or radiology projects
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification required within one year of hire
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient and functional knowledge of MS Office and Project Management software
• Ability to execute project management leveraging Lean process improvement methodology
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Professional in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and competency regarding lean tools, methods, and mindset
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
