Crunchtime is a global software development company that provides solutions for restaurant operations. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic growth of their Operations Execution platform, focusing on customer-centric product innovations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive growth strategy to rapidly scale our market-leading platform across all restaurant chain segments
- Pioneer breakthrough features through bold experimentation and direct customer discovery in restaurant environments
- Build personal relationships with customers to gain deep understanding of their Jobs to be Done, pain points and goals
- Lead competitive innovation by identifying and capturing emerging market trends before competitors
- Assist with the development and execution of the product vision and strategy
- Define and analyze growth metrics to inform product success
Requirements:
- Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate customer problems to solve
- Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks such as, but not limited to: User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs to be Done
- Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B software products
- Experience growing ARR of SaaS B2B products
- Experience in restaurant technology
- Domain experience in food service, food safety, QSR/FSR, retail operations, operations research or related fields
