Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking an accomplished Salesforce Developer. The role focuses on implementing Service Cloud with an emphasis on Call Center Set-up, including configuring Genesys CCaaS and regression testing of Service Cloud Voice.
Responsibilities:
- Seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience implementing Service Cloud with a focus on Call Center Set-up
- This includes configuring Genesys CCaaS call pop, softphone, click-to-dial, and queues and automation required for inbound call handling
- This role will require regression testing the existing implementation of Service Cloud Voice prior to and after deployment of Genesys Integration
Requirements:
- Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience
- Salesforce Call Center configuration including CCaaS
- Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship
- Genesys Cloud CTI Adapter
- Health Cloud (or Salesforce in a healthcare setting)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Service Cloud
