Somewhere is a company dedicated to helping patients who have struggled with traditional healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage high volumes of inbound leads, converting inquiries into consultations and effectively communicating the value of their premium care packages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls. Respond to website inquiries, lead forms, and social media messages in a timely manner
- Confidently present our premium care packages, which range from $4,000 to $8,000. Clearly communicate the value of our services without discounting or undermining the offer
- Speak with patients who may feel skeptical due to past failed treatments. Listen carefully, address concerns directly, and explain how our approach differs. Build trust quickly and professionally
- Follow up with warm leads and reach out to past inquiries. Stay consistent and proactive in your outreach efforts
- Complete 20 to 30 contact points per day, including calls, texts, and emails. Track all activity in the CRM and submit a daily report on performance metrics
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SDR or BDR roles
- Experience in high ticket services or premium wellness is a plus
- Strong C1 level English with a neutral to American tone
- Proven experience handling objections related to pricing and working in a performance driven environment
- Comfortable using a CRM and submitting accurate daily reports on activity and conversion metrics
