Distribution Alternate Project Manager

Culmen International is hiring a Distribution Alternate Project Manager to provide support for the Defense Logistics Agency. The role involves assisting the Distribution Project Manager with daily operations, compliance, and oversight, while also serving as a primary point of contact in their absence.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary government point of contract when Distribution Project Manager is not available
• Assists in managing day-to-day execution and oversight
• Ensures compliance, performance and reporting requirements are met successfully
• Designated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management as directed by Program leadership
• Shares in overseeing all scheduling of personnel / work supervision / quality control
• Monitors cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
• Recommends, develops, implements, and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program

Requirements:

• Ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, within 48 hours of notification
• Serves as primary government point of contact when Distribution Project Manager is not available
• Assists in managing day-to-day execution and oversight
