Fetch is dedicated to helping pets live their healthiest and happiest lives through comprehensive insurance coverage. The Product Manager will lead and optimize the post-enrollment journey for customers, ensuring a seamless experience across iOS, Android, and Web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: You will drive key retention and engagement metrics by identifying and launching high-value features that align with our Q3/Q4 business goals
- Product Operations & Optimization: You aren't just building from scratch; you will act as a "product therapist" for the business, working with various Business Owners to maximize the use of our existing feature set and internal toolkits to solve immediate problems
- The "Strategic Filter": You will lead the discovery process to separate the "nice-to-haves" from the "must-haves," ensuring that every engineering hour is spent on projects that move the needle for our customers and the business
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: You will manage the delicate balance of stakeholder expectations, providing clear roadmaps and technical feasibility assessments to ensure all teams are aligned on what is being built and why
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience in Product Management, specifically managing mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms
- Bachelor's degree required
- A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including integration and testing phases
- Ability to navigate complex conversations between business stakeholders and engineers, translating technical constraints into business realities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
