DynPro Inc. is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst II to support a high-impact People Analytics team within a fast-growing tech environment. The role involves transforming manual HR data requests into automated tools and delivering predictive insights on workforce planning and attrition.
Responsibilities:
- Transform recurring, manual HR data requests into automated, unified self-service tools
- Design and deliver predictive insights around attrition, hiring trends, and workforce planning
- Work across multiple HR data sources to create clean, reliable datasets
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations
- Leverage Databricks extensively (Unity Catalog, AI/BI dashboards, Lakehouse environment)
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
- Advanced SQL and Python or PySpark skills
- Experience working with HR / People / Workforce data
- Proven ability to automate reporting workflows and improve time-to-insight
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
