Staff Product Manager

In Tandem is a company that provides tech solutions to simplify family life through various applications. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead modernization initiatives across their product portfolio, focusing on AI-driven enhancements to improve family communication and shared responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI Into High-Trust Workflows Design AI-native capabilities inside a court-recognized system of record
• Move beyond AI assisted features into workflow transformation and true insights
• Shape how LLMs interact with structured, sensitive data
• Establish evaluation frameworks for reliability, safety, and quality
• Define unmet needs & solutions for Legal Professionals Lead deep discovery with attorneys, mediators, judges, court administrators
• Identify workflow pain and automation opportunities
• Validate and launch pro-facing features or adjacencies
• Think Platform, Not Feature Develop AI capabilities that extend across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, and FamilyWall
• Influence long-term architecture and shared AI infrastructure
• Operate at 0→1 and 1→N

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly focused on AI product development, ML-powered features, or AI-native product creation
• A strong track record of building and scaling consumer technology products, ideally in marketplaces, communication platforms, or trust-critical ecosystems
• Demonstrated success shipping innovative, high-impact products end-to-end, from concept and research to launch and iteration
• Proficiency in prototyping and MVP development via vibe coding, comfort with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Lovable etc. and AI applications in your daily work
• Experience building AI-product user feedback loops, model evaluation, and quality improvement
• Expertise in data-driven product design, testing, and driving cutting edge experimentation techniques
• Comfort partnering closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions
• Exceptional user empathy and ability to simplify complex workflows into delightful experiences
• Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities; experience driving cross-functional alignment in high-growth environments
